FLO Passes can be applied to 20 FLO trips of 30 minutes or less, with 50 km included. Trips are billable starting at the 31st minute.

You have 30 days to use your 20 trips from the time of purchase.

1. Log into the Peg City Car Co-op App, then block your nearest FLO car. You have 30 minutes from the time you block the car to start your trip. You won’t be billed, and the pass won’t be used until you access the vehicle.

2. You can use your Peg City Fob or App to unlock the doors once you arrive at the car. Click Start trip from the app. You’ll hear the doors open.

3. To apply the pass to your FLO booking, be sure to toggle the FLO Pass to the on position from your FLO reservation bar. You can toggle the pass on or off until your booking ends.

Key Limitations

FLO Passes are best for quick trips. The pass can only be applied to FLO bookings and cannot be stacked on a single booking – one application of the pass per trip.

FLO Passes are also non-transferable. Only you can apply a pass to bookings made and accessed from your account. You won’t be able to share a pass with one of your additional drivers from the app. You can let them drive with you on the booking, though.

In Closing

If you frequently need to get from A to B and live in or near our FLO Zone, the FLO Pass might be for you. It’s an excellent deal. At its best, you’re paying $45 to drive as much as 1,000 kilometres and over 10 hours!
