      Please submit a photo of yourself holding your licence. The photo must be a high resolution photo; your whole face must be completely visible; the whole arm AND the whole hand holding the licence must be completely visible; your fingers must not cover any part of the licence; and the content on the licence must be clearly readable. Keep the camera at the same level as your eyes, and look straight ahead with a neutral facial expression.

      If you have a Manitoba licence, please upload a completed copy of your Driver Abstract Request Form. You only need to complete the top box, then sign and date. Note that when the form requests your driver’s licence number, it’s asking for the mix of letters and numbers (line item 4D) on your licence. Your signature must match the one on your driver’s licence. If you have an out-of-province licence, we suggest you upload your driving record here, as this will sped up the application process. Many provinces provider records online.
