Peg City provides a flexible transportation solution for business and non-profit organizations. We organize your team’s vehicle needs – from fuel to parking and everything in between. Make your office more sustainable by incentivizing your employees to bike, walk, or bus to work while using carsharing to deliver supplies or attend meetings. You can even offer access to carsharing as an employee perk!
Each driver receives a personal key fob and an online account that allows them to book a vehicle where they want when they want it. Once a booking is complete, our software calculates the time and distance, and you’ll see a complete breakdown of every trip.

**Peg City Car Co-op reserves the right to charge a fuel surcharge to protect the co-op from price fluctuations.

Our Non-Profit Plus and Corporate Plus plans offer FIX price matching on FLO trips. Any FLO trip under four hours will be measured against the cost of a four-hour FIX booking (plus km). You’ll get the FIX rate on your FLO booking when FIX is cheaper. FLO bookings longer than four hours will be price-matched hour for hour with kilometres factored in.
Ex. Driving 20 km over three hours with a FLO car, the charge is $30 for time and distance. Here, the FIX rate would be ($3 x 4hr) + (20×0.45) = $21. In this case, you’d get the FIX rate and pay $21 for your FLO booking. With Member Plus, you always get the best rates!
Please note that the FIX/FLO price match is not included in our Member Manual and is subject to change at Peg City Car Co-op’s discretion.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
VEHICLE ACCESS
Choose between hatchbacks, SUVs, trucks, vans, and cargo vans. To round out our fleet, we also have plugin hybrid vehicles.
CLEANING
We clean our vehicles on a regular rotation, but hey, dirt happens! Members can earn driving credits by taking a Peg City vehicle through a wash during their booking. Ask us how!
GAS
The cost of fuel is always covered by Peg City. Pay at the pump using our Shell fuel card at any gas station in Canada.
PERKS

DAMAGE PROTECTION

Peg City Car Co-op rocks! We ditched our car several years ago and now walk, bike, take a bus or book a car to get around. The vehicles are easy to book, hassle free, and come in a variety of styles (cargo van, mini van, truck, car) to fit the trip. Oh, and the staff are super responsive and lovely. FAQS
If I close my account, can my additional drivers keep driving?
You’re welcome to transfer ownership of your account to one of your additional drivers – just email us! If you prefer to close the account, your additional drivers must create their own account(s) to continue driving.
How do I add drivers to my account?
If you’re on a Member, Member Plus, Corporate Plus, or Non-Profit Plus plan, you’re welcome to add drivers to your account. Corporate and Non-Profit accounts may have unlimited drivers, while Member and Member Plus accounts can have up to 4 additional drivers. Casual accounts are considered individual and are not eligible for additional drivers.
Anyone who wants to join your account must complete our additional driver registration. They’ll need your member number and driver’s licence to complete the application.
Can I allow someone else to drive the car if I join Peg City?
Anyone who drives a Peg City vehicle must be a registered driver with the program. You’re welcome to share bookings with drivers on your account or even allow a friend or family member on a separate Peg City account to drive on your bookings. Please note that the member who made the booking is responsible for the car.
People who don’t hold a Peg City account may not drive our vehicles, even if you’re in the car with them.
