Software Maintenance
We’re experiencing a software maintenance event that may prevent you from accessing vehicles or ending your trip normally. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!
Our development team is aware of the disruption and is working hard to resolve it. In the meantime, here are some helpful tips.
FIX VEHICLES (ROUND-TRIP BOOKINGS)
If you reserved a FIX ahead and can’t start your trip with the app, try using your Peg City fob on the reader to unlock the doors. Fob readers can be found on the front windshield on the driver’s side.
It is unlikely that you will be able to create and access a new FIX booking at this time.
FLO CARS (FREE-FLOATING CARSHARING)
You may not be able to start a trip with a FLO.
We recommend waiting until the app is working again before making your way to a FLO car.
ENDING A TRIP
If you’re having trouble ending a FIX or FLO booking with your Peg City fob or app:
- Power down the engine
- Return all keys and cards to the holder in the glove compartment (all lights should be glowing white)
- Use the door button to lock the doors
- The car will lock and immobilize automatically after three minutes.
