We are hiring a Member Services Coordinator (Full Time/Permanent) to continue our legacy of quality member care. The position takes the lead in engaging with the community to ensure member satisfaction, retention, and growth. The role includes answering email and phone calls and assisting with evening and weekend on-call duties as well as administrative tasks and record keeping.
