Technical Issue

We’re experiencing technical difficulties that may prevent you from activating and using your fuel card. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Our development team is working hard to resolve the technical issue as quickly as we can. In the meantime, here are some helpful tips.

Please pay out of pocket for fuel

We ask members to return vehicles with at least 1/4 tank in consideration of other members. If you don’t wish to gas up to a full tank, that’s alright!

Save your receipts and submit them for reimbursement directly through the app: Trips>choose the corresponding booking>Upload receipt, and complete the form from there. Alternatively, you can snap a photo of your receipt and email it to us.

We require an itemized receipt that lists the items purchased

You may have to request this receipt at the terminal or inside, as the credit/debit receipt does not give us enough information to approve your reimbursement.
