Peg City Car Co-op is Winnipeg’s first carsharing company. Our passion for reducing private car ownership drives us. We make carsharing reliable, affordable, and inclusive because we think that fewer cars on the road make Winnipeg a better place to live. Peg City started twelve years ago with three cars and a few dozen members. Now, we have more than 130 vehicles and 3,000 members!

The person who fills this role will join our Member Services team to uphold our high standard of member care. Tasks include replying to emails, answering phone calls, fulfilling evening and weekend on-call duties, processing applications, and performing other administrative work. The position supports our two full-time Member Services staff and regularly engages with the community to ensure member satisfaction, retention, and growth.
